Kelly was able to get out to see a property that was an hour and a half drive away within a few days. We spoke on the phone, and he agreed to inspect not just the home but the outbuildings for a very reasonable fee. The report I received was extremely thorough with plenty of excellent pictures. He also took the time to explain to me what he found, his recommendations and overall assessment of the property. Kelly is the best property inspector I have ever encountered, and I highly recommend him!
